Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 305.442.9006 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

La Cuisine Appliances transports your appliances and kitchen essentials utilizing the quickest, most economical and secure methods possible. We offer many options depending on the item that you purchase

  • Smaller Items: For most of our smaller items there are four delivery options:
  • UPS or FedEx Ground: Order delivers 1-7 business days after it leaves the warehouse.
  • UPS or FedEx Next Day Air Saver: Order delivers by 3:00 p.m. the following business day after it ships.
  • UPS or FedEx Next Day Air: Order delivers by 12:00 p.m. the following business day after it ships.
  • UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air: Order delivers two days after it ships.
  • USPS 1st Class: Order delivers 1-7 business days after it leaves the warehouse.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Order delivers 2-3 business days after it leaves the warehouse.

*Please note that transit times are from when the order ships, not from when the order was placed.

Larger Items: Larger items such as ranges, large refrigerators, air conditioners (more than 8,000 BTUs), etc. require freight shipment. [If you return a large item, you must ship it back freight.] Delivery times are generally 1 to 2 weeks. (If you live in a remote area or a ferry is required to complete the delivery, delivery may take additional time and additional charges may apply.) With larger items, you have a choice of three delivery options:

Standard Delivery - This includes delivery to your front door and no steps are included. Please check your delivery upon arrival and if you notice any damage please refuse the delivery, note it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately at 800-995-1440

In Home Delivery - This delivery method includes a two-man delivery to the room of your choice. This method does include steps. This method does not include unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal.

Other Tips

  • La Cuisine Appliances will ship your order complete when all the items on your order are available. All quick ship items will ship within 2-3 business days. If one or more items that are on your order are not a quick ship item please contact our customer service department at 800-995-1440 if you would like us to split ship your order for an additional fee.
  • Please note, all deliveries will be confirmed prior to delivery by the trucking company. The company will contact you the day before with an approximate delivery window, and if they are not able to contact you, delivery will be postponed. All freight deliveries require a signature confirmation (with the exception of products shipped via USPS/UPS/FEDEX). For your protection, we do not allow unattended deliveries on orders above $199.95
  • There is a $200 charge for any orders that need to be delivered with a ferry. This is a non-negotiable flat fee. The most common areas that need a ferry for delivery include: Fire Island, Shelter Island, parts of Washington State and parts of Massachusetts (Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, etc.).
  • With all these Larger Items, please inspect your item at the time of delivery. Should you find any damage, please note it on the delivery ticket and call us immediately to report it. As noted, our delivery options do not include unpacking; therefore, we request that the customer inspects the package as best as possible at the time of delivery, noting any damage to the packaging on the delivery documents. If the packaging looks undamaged, we suggest you accept the unit and sign for it. We do give you an additional 48 hours to unpack the unit, inspect it and report any damages. Please send us an email to info@lacuisineappliances.com to report your problem. For your benefit, cartons/packaging should not be removed or disposed of prior to installation.
  • With delivery of small packages you must contact us within 5 business days by sending an email to info@lacuisineappliances.com Fedex or UPS may arrange to pick up your product. We will send a replacement 1-2 days after the carrier has picked up the product to inspect it; if the item is out of stock, we will refund you. Do not ship back the damaged item unless agreed with us. Do not throw away the original box, peanuts, shipping labels, etc; we need them to process refunds or replacements. Failure to provide the original packing material may end on no credit or replacement.
  • - If the item arrived damaged, don't use it, report it within 5-business days after you have received it.
  • - Expedite shipping charges will not be refunded under any condition.

Due to online fraud prevention, La Cuisine Appliances does not change an address on an order after it has been shipped.

Please be advised that our delivery companies may deliver with 18 wheeler trucks. La Cuisine Appliances will authorize a smaller truck if it is available in your area. However, if the local delivery terminal does not have a smaller truck or the smaller truck does not fit down your road, then you will be responsible to make the proper arrangements with the delivery center directly to meet the truck or pick up from the delivery terminal.

La Cuisine Appliances together with our freight carriers are not responsible for deliveries to your front door if your road has weight restrictions and / or the truck does not fit down your road.
